How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Once dispatched, we will share tracking details with you.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes, we offer special pricing for bulk and wholesale orders.

Is it safe to shop on Nenday.com?

Absolutely. Your transactions are secured through Razorpay, a trusted payment gateway. We do not store your payment details.

Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?

Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid via Razorpay, which supports UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
However, COD will be introduced soon. Stay tuned for updates!

Can I return or exchange a product?

We accept returns or exchanges only for damaged or incorrect products.
